  1. More rock o' the '80s, comin' atcha. So this one wasn't exactly what I was expecting. I've been interfacing with Crossfire Choir's albums for awhile - more like a decade or so to be exact. I initially took the plunge with their third record, Dominique a couple years ago (which I'll get to in a future post) but I thought I'd start chronologically with these Florida to NYC transplants.

  3. I love the record. The music sounds fantastic! A little warped, but when you buy records that's just a hazard you gotta deal with. My only real complaint is that compared to the cd album the vinyl is really skimping on the artwork. The lyric book for the cd is sweet because it has all these awesome midevil artworks for the album/5().

  5. Ghost is known for keeping its members anonymous. Every album lists the musicians as "Nameless Ghouls" and the singer as "Papa Emeritus / Papa Emeritus II / Papa Emeritus III". The lead singer is thought to be the same, however they announce a new lead singer every album.

  8. May 01,  · My Canary Song" by Crossfire Choir. It;s so obscure I've never been able to find anyone else who's even heard of the group, let alone found a CD by them. It was a song about grabbing a ladder and eloping, and it was so damn catchy~! Been humming it the last 20 years.
